Issues post update version

Hi all,
after the update with the last version I have some issues on my site romaaffitto.com.

It disappears the button "Post an ad" and the link registration (header) so nobody can sign in or post and ad on the site
When I click on a ad (by the preview or a list) it doesn't see the ad (description/single ad) maybe for a wrong setting about permalink that I don't suceed to solve it

Could you help me please???
