    Javascript error : sortable is not a function

    When i tried to post an add from admin panel :

    https://www.example.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=ad_listing
    I have this error in my browser console :
    Code:
    Uncaught TypeError: $(...).sortable is not a function
    I use default theme (no child theme), all other plugins are disabled.

    Can anyone help?
