Link main form to most categories and second form to other categories

This is probably an easy question and answer for experienced users. I have the bulk of my categories linked to my one and only form called Main. By default, when a new post is started, my main form appears and all is well. What I want to do is create a smaller set of subcategories under a main category, and use those new categories to create a second form. That I can also do. However, the part that I can't figure out is how to make this new form appear as opposed to the main form if the new category with subcategory is selected.

So, in summary, if any of my seven original categories and subcategories are chosen, my MAIN form is used.
I want a second form called DISCUSSION to appear instead of the MAIN form if the new Category DISCUSSION is selected with one of the four new subcategories.

Is this possible.
