List of Country Specific Headings

Hi,

I started work on my other Appthemes site today (not ready yet) and this one is a little more generic than a single city website.

This is going to be a revamp of a PremiumPress website - the one thing that PremiumPress DOES have going for it, is that ALL of the following is built in by default.

So - I wanted to have dropdown lists for users to fill in their countries, their states (if they're American), their Region (though this could over-ride the states dropdown if neccessary) and their city, all in the submission form.

I started off with the country dropdown, and thought hey, maybe this will work after all - all the countries are in a dropdown list!

Then I tried the states, and the regions, and realised that this wasn''t going to be so simple as all the entries were American.

So where do I get dropdown lists for other countries, and regions, to enter into my submission forms?
