    Membership for featured ads

    I'd like to set my site like this:

    No membership:
    -All ads free
    - Featured ads $5

    Membership:
    - All ads free
    - Featurd ads free.


    Any way of achieving this?
    I've seen a couple posts related to this but they are either old threads or unanswered ones.
