Can membership users pay for featured ad listing?

Hi guys,

Quick Question. I have set up membership packages, but i would like to enforce the featured ad listing to be paid.

This is, when a user with a membership account can post an ad for free, once he selects the featured flag, the ad is free and gets featured.

What I would like to setup is, having a membership account can post a normal ad for free, and then if the user wants it to be featured, the the featured ad price applies.

Is this possible?
