    Membership Purchase Page redirects

    I've gone through the Membership pack setup steps a few times but my Membership purchase page still redirects to the dashboard and gives me the notice 'Payments are currently disabled. You cannot purchase anything.'

    The live site is guntrader.ca which has a custom theme. On my local testing environment I've gon back to the stock CP and disabled all plugins, but still I can't seem to get the membership purchase page to show up. Locally I'm using the Bank Transfer option (just for testing) which is enabled.

    I have attached screenshots of my membership page and my payments page, since I can't seem to figure it out.
