    moving ad package drop down and reorder the items in drop down

    hi guys and gals i am looking to move the "ad package drop down" above the feature ad option in the submit ad form. also i would like to change the order of the items in the drop down itself. I am new to all this so please be descriptive as possible. thanks in advance. looking to solve this issue quickly.
