Multiple Purchase Membership pages

I have noticed that somehow Classipress creates multiple "purchase membership pages". I have 5 of them which the urls are /purchasemembership, /purchasemembership2, purchasemembership2-2, purchasemembership2-2-2, etc.

They have just seemed to be randomly created as I noticed once they showed up in my footer menu. So I have few questions;

1) How is this happening, Is it when someone purchases a membership it creates another page?
2) How many of these pages does Classipress need to function? (I'm assuming just the one Purchase membership page?)
3) How can I stop this from happening?

P.S- This happened a few months ago also and I just deleted the etc pages so it has nothing to do with the Classipress version upgrade.
