Multisite Classipress Admin Styling Gone

I have a client who is running multiple sites using Wordpress' Multisite. He setup a new sub-domain at marketplace.eaglefordshale.com, and then I FTP'd Classipress to the themes folder. He selected ClassiPress as the theme for marketplace.eaglefordshale.com, and as you can see, everything looks great from the user's point of view. But once the Admin logs into the backend, this is what he sees...

As you can see from the screenshot, there is absolutely no CSS rendering in the wp-admin section. I don't know much about PHP, but with my knowledge of CSS, this seems to be a wp-admin CSS issue. In other words, it seems that there's something amiss in the CSS files for the Wordpress admin folder. Does that sound right to you?

The homepage looks fine, login screen looks fine, but it's only when you login to the backend that it looks that way.

Could use some help figuring this one out...
