In need of a Classipress Developer

As the post title says,
I am in need of a classipress developer who can help get my site back in order (99% Database work)

a few weird things have happened to my site.
- First was that a prefix was added to my database tables
- Then the WP_USER table is now missing, found the list of users under the new table WP_SIGNUPS
- My Admin accounts have been deleted from this table (almost like the signups table was created from the other roles other than Admin)
- Some tables have duplicate rows (need the duplicates deleted) This could have happened from the export/Import when I changed hosts.
