Need help in advanced search

I was adding advanced search. For the fields price and year need to search by range. The range should automatically configure according to user search…

I don't want price slider i want to be like price range

For example this is the price range search

0 – 5,000
5,001 – 10,000
10,001 – 15,000
15,001 – 20,000
20,001 – 30,000
30,001 – 50,000
50,001 – 80,000
80,000 o superior

and for year

0 – 5,000
2011 – 2014
2006 – 2010
2001 – 2005
1996 – 2000
antes de 1995

Please anyone help me to figure it out….
