    I need help in fixing my custom form fields

    I need help in fixing my custom form fields. I created a new form and I only added 3 fields, the TITLE, PRICE and DESCRIPTION. But when I tested the actual form in the submit Ad, it's saying that the STATE and COUNTRY FIELD is blank. Why is this so, please assist. The following images can help. PIcture A, shows my backend how I configured my fields. Picture B is the actual submission of ad. Thanks.
