I need help with footer and sidebar App themes needs to remove CP V3.1.4

I am using Version 3.1.4 latest Classipress and I need to remove all the App themes link on all footer as well as on all side bar.
I remove some of them from side bar links under blogger roll but under meta some pages are showing up is there way to remove for good the blog roll side bare and meta? there is no need meta when there is on top of all pages login same as for meta-login show right pages on all.

There is no need for me to show on all my pages at footer so I would like to remove them but it does not allow me.

This is what I did under Appearance> Editor then I click the Footer(footer.php) and I get this code:
