Need Help to use Classipress

Hi Team,

I have some queries:

1). How to change payment option from Dollar to Rupee.
2). How to change location detail like Country and city from US to Indian.
3). I have installed the theme, now I want to make some changes in the theme...Can I make some code changes while its already installed....if yes how???
4). Do I need any tool to make change in code??? is there any tool available to make changes in code as a theme....in which I can side by side test the changes.
