New form layout
Hi,

I go to Ads -> Forms -> Forms Layout -> add new.

When I add to the boxes and select the categories i want and then press "create new form" NOTHING HAPPENS. The page becomes blank except for the heading New Form Layout.

Can someone please help me solve this.
