Newbie with a Classipress problem!!!

Hi, I've got a problem with my Classipress. I have it uploaded onto my account and its showing its there. First thing which is different on the main wp dashboard/manage themes, there is no image of the classipress like you have with twenty eleven or twenty ten. Is this right? When i activate it and then customize it, it goes straight to the dashboard and not the outlay like you get in twenty eleven. What am i doing wrong? Have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times now, so not sure where i'm going wrong. Thanks for your help in advance.
