No text field on New Add Form

I've got everything working in the 3.0.1....permalinks, categories, dashboard, profile, ad new etc. The one problem I have is that when I post a new ad when testing, there is no text box in the form, nor the fields for name, phone, address and so on - only the browse boxes for three pictures are there (which I chose as the max.) So, to create an ad, there is no field to create a text or other details. Did I do something wrong with creating the new template pages? Oh yeah...it also says: ERROR: no results found for the default ad form.
