No "upload new theme" option in my Dashboard.
After creating my wordpress site and purchasing the classiPress theme, I've tried following the tutorial at
ClassiPress Theme Documentation | AppThemes
However, my Wordpress DashBoard has the “Appearance” sidebar menu option but from there, there is no “Add New Themes” or "Upload” link.
So I've purchased your classiPress theme but can't actually upload it to my wordpress site. Very frustrating.
Please help.

ps i may have accidentally posted this in the pre-sales forum but technically, it should be in the post-sales forum since i've already purchased your theme.
