Not Able to Purchase Featured Ad When Placing an Ad.
I have been logging into my site as a new user, submitting an ad and trying to make the ad a "Featured Ad".

There is not an option to select a "Featured Ad".

In ClassiPress > Pricing > Featured Ad Price � I have a price set for Featured Ad.

In Payments > General > PayPal � PayPal is Enabled.

In Payments > PayPal > I�ve added my PayPal Email address.

What am I missing that is not allowing a new user to select and pay for a Featured Ad?
