Only charge for featured ads not working
Posting a new ads on my site is free. Membership is free too.

But I want to charge user if they want their ads to be display as featured ads & in the slider.

I choose 'Only Charge for Featured Ads' option, and set the price to '15'. But despite this, it do not offer him the option of paying to put forward its ad. Any idea why ?
