Paid for theme and got widgets

I have purchased a classipress theme and have opened it up to be the "blog" page.

I have done re-upload, new domain (recommended on forum) and tried to re-direct home page to new one.

The question I have is, do we ever get the theme looking like the theme or did I just pay for widgets and need to create from scratch? I thought the purpose of having a theme was to eliminate the build.

Any help, advice would be greatly appreciated.
