    Parse error: syntax error

    i install new wordpress 3.2.1 and upload in ftp the theme and i get this error

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/daka1/domains/daka1.co.il/public_html/wp-content/themes/classipress-311/index.php on line 115

    Where can I find the demo database?
