Unfortunately still charging for announcement. A customer with a package of 30 days active is failing to publish more ads. Every time he puts a new announcement is directed to the payment option... I need to solve this problem as fast as possible because I have many customers who have already paid for packages 30 days of ads

Is it because the new settings only work for new payments ?
