Place footer flush with bottom of browser window... Not sticky

    Hi,
When there's a page with little content, the footer displays just under the content area with a large gap below it.

How can the footer div be made to display flush with the bottom of the browser window without being sticky or fixed?

I have found CSS solutions online that use "fixed" and "absolute" but that's a sticky footer which is not the solution we want.

The fix has to work for mobile as well.

    Classipress 4.1.5

    Thanks.
