    I would like to place all Indeed ads at the bottom

    I would like to create a 3 "layer" system/listings with ads showing in the following order:

    1: Featured ads generated from my site (at the top of all lists).

    2: Standard ads generated from my site (below featured ads).

    3: Indeed generated ads at the bottom of all lists.

    It is off course very important to give paid ads prime exposure and higher priority then free ads of less quality from Indeed. How can this be achieved?
