Place some text under custom field boxes

Hey there,

We are using Classipress as a barter site and giving visitors the option to trade or swap items. Sometimes there might be cash involved but usually not. Therefore on the 'Add New Listing" page underneath the 'Price' custom field box we would like to place some text like: 'Please enter 00 when you trade or swap'

Can this be done in the Ad New Listing Template?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
