    Plugin or child theme help need

    Hi
    I want to install QA plugin to offer qa service in website along with classifieds i want a have a separate page just like blog option on my site but i found QA plugin but i do not see separate page on my site can anybody suggest me how can i make it possible it is not possible with plugin can i use child theme and where can i download free classipress child theme.
    same way i want one plugin for coupon creator .
    Any more suggestions can you give me to improve my site .
