Possible to edit individual Categories ?

Hi, I currently have a static HTML site that I'd like to convert over to Classipress 4.

However, my pages that rank well in Google and sell advertising on are in the form: mysite.com/nice-page.html with list of items below.
This would become a Category on the Classipress theme: mysite.com/nice-page/

I have looked everywhere and realise this is probably a long shot but is it at all possible to edit "each individual category" to be able to place custom advertising at the top ?
