Pre-Determined Search Results In A Custom Template

Can I create my own template, then put pre-determined search results into it? For example create "My Custom Template." Next, put code into it to show search results for ?s=MyKeyword1 + MyKeyword2 ?

I can create a custom template easily enough but can't figure out how to put pre-determined search results into it.

    Thank you.
