Problem with map tags and duplicate map entries

Hi,

After a very frustrating three days, I finally managed to get my two Google Maps API keys set up properly (and secured) - one for the Geocoding and the other for Maps Javascript. (Admins/Moderators: there is so much that can be done to improve the tutorial on getting these API keys set up, and those map tutorials definitely need to be revised.)

But, there are still problems that I am having with displaying my maps on my Classipress site. I am running the latest version of the Good Old Classipress 3 child theme on the latest version of Classipress.

1st Issue:
When I create a new listing (ad), that map entry is duplicated, i.e. shown twice. If I create a new listing in London, then the map shows "2" in the blue circle, but in reality there is only one listing for the London area. (I suspect I may be having this problem because I have two API keys that each have full permission to run any other APIs. Should I be restricting one of those API keys perhaps? If so, how do I do that and what do I restrict?)

2nd Issue:
My maps do not show the ad tags with summaries of the ad content. All I am seeing are blue circles with a number in them. How do I get this ad/listing content to show on my map? It doesn't matter how far I zoom in, but all I get is the blue circles with numbers in them. Just to explain, I have tried created new listings AFTER the 5 minute "update period" after generating API keys. I do understand that listings created BEFORE generating the appropriate API keys would not be shown on the map, but that is not the problem here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
