Problem user can t add any ad

Hi,

The site is not actually in prod and i ve tried many times to create a new ad after register and i ve got this.

Your session has expired or you are trying to submit a duplicate ad

An other thing the google map show always the same location, iv created cp_country France, Cp_state all departments in france.
ISO code have been setup as FR.
