Problems with homepage layout after CP 3.5.4 update

I just updated my Classipress to version 3.5.4 to fix the image order issue (which now works perfectly thanks!) however I noticed a few other changes that I did not expect;

1) On the homepage, the distance between the header menu and site logo is much smaller. Any way to make that a bit bigger again?

2)Also, the site description (under the logo) used to be in italics and now is normal? How can I make it italic again?

3)In the single ad listing page, the custom fields we a bold red color, now its just in regular black font.

I'm assuming these can all be customized easy in css, but I can't seem to find the correct location...?
