Problems when resizing screen (text overlapping, header logo, invisible menu)

Hello,

I have several problems when I resize my window to different smaller screen sizes (on both Safari and IE):


1. Header logo, which is 940px wide and fills the entire space, becomes tiny.

Previous changes i've made in custom CSS:

.header_main_bg {padding: 0;}

.header_main_bg {background-image: none;background-color: #fff;}

2. My Menus on navigation bar are gone.

3. Text and Price tag in Ad box is overlapping.

Previous changes i've made in custom CSS: deleted the background URL "...bg.gif"

4. A thick gray line is visible above the green bar.
