    Regarding Parent category posting

    I have a setup like this

    Category A
    Category B
    Category C - sub 1, sub 2, sub 3

    I want to allow posting in parent categories A and B and in sub categories 1,2,3 but do not want to allow posting in Parent category C.
    How can this be achieved ?
