Registration customisation

Hi there,

I have 2 questions about registration if that's ok?

1. I've installed the 'New User Approve' plugin (https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/new-user-approve/) as I want to approve all membership requests. When this wasn't installed, after a user clicked 'register' they were sent to a nice page which told them to check their email for their user name and password. This doesn't work any more. I wonder if there's a way to get it back somehow?

2. As you can see, I've amended the registration form on your theme (http://nostringscasualencounters.com/register/). I wonder if you can:

(a) remind me how to change the wording on one of my custom fields; and
(b) tell me how I can actually access the information that they type into these boxes. Where will it be displayed as it isn't currently under the user section on Wordpress?
