Relisting Question and Client Editing Question in Classipress

Relisting Question: On the free ads, it says 'Relist Ad' but on the paid ads it just shows the PayPal icon - it is not particularly clear that it is an icon for relisting and paying by PayPal.

Is there a way for me to add some text above that icon? Where would that need to happen? Or could I make the icon a bit taller and add the text to the image itself? Is that Icon used elsewhere where the text would be inappropriate?
I posted this at the end of an unrelated post earlier - thought I would start a new thread here.

On client editing: I note that the client can edit their ad but that it does not then seem to require approval from the moderator even if approval is needed before posting an ad. Is this correct? Can this be set up so that edited ads also require review?
