Remove the map and geocode option completely

Hi I am having issues with setting up the google maps API. I Is there anyway to remove the place and map settings completely from the theme? I don'r*wan*it in my ad form or on my site location.*

can i remove the state and country scroll down option completely from my ad form? Could I have it in just text box option like the other fields. Please advise how to remove the scroll down options completely.
