    Renewing Featured Ads

    1) I want to be be able to re-list an ad while it is still posted (before it expires). In other words, let's say I got a free ad, but 2 days later, I decide I want to make it featured - I want to be able to relist it (and in the process, make it featured) - is this possible?

    2) If the person pays for a featured ad, and then it expires, and they have the option to renew, does the Featured portion also get renewed - will they get charged again (if I'm charging for Featured ads which I am)?
