Replace numbers in SUM antispam questions with wording

Hi all,

I found out that someone or something is sending spam inquires to my registred users ads. I would like to stop this. Can you help me where can I find the file with numbers which are used on Contact page ( Sum of X + Y). I just simply replace it with wording in my language (nonenglish) what will be simply for customers but unreal for robots. Thanks in advance for your help.
If it´s impossible, I was thinking of some plugin. I wound Good question plugin, but it´s enable to set it for me.
While setting up the plugin, it needs following Registration Page Title | Slug | ID : If your theme uses special registration page - enter here page Slug or Title or ID.
I was trying to set up following: includes/sidebar-contact.php sidebar-contact.php and sidebar-contact but nothing has worked and the question from plugin still not appears.
