Select a category when making a post

Hi,

I just started my first website called everythingrentable.org. While testing the listing process on the website I noticed that when it asks for a user to select a category to post their ad in, it only shows 4 of the 6 parent categories to choose from. I am wondering how I can enable it to show all of the parent categories. If anyone knows how to fix this, your advice would be very much appreciated.
