Server, Cache & Script Settings

I am working to complete a long term project and could use advice on server, cache and script settings as this is abit too technical for my tired eyes. My site is focused on regional classified markets in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Plan: Ultimate / Linux with SSL
Based on my last bit of tweaks with W3TC and htaccess updates...I have gotten the GTMetrix score below...

(76%)
Page load time: 2.91s
Total page size: 348KB
Total number of requests: 48
I have an account with MaxCDN to offload CSS and
JS but am at a loss on configuration and other updated tricks to get things moving faster.
Any ideas or advice would be appreciated! If any of the admins is up for side work, please PM me.
