    Sticky Categorie with different colour

    Hi
    I would like to have a sticky Categorie in Red colour (Up left) at first. (Siteversion and Mouse Over at Header Navi). This should be an emergency Cat for Help, Ambulance, suicide and more.
    Is this possible tu build and how?
