    Stripping quotes from titles

    I have a lot of ads that have been and will continue to be posted using the " character to represent "inches". When the ad is submitted, this character is stripped from the title and the URL. I can understand removing it from the seo friendly url due to causing issues, but how can I prevent it from being stripped from the title? Thanks!
