    style post an ad link

    In the top bar there is a link "+ Post an Ad"
    How can I style it to create a button with some background color to make it stand out.
    I have the css code that I need to use.
    I would like to know which file and class do I need to add it to.
    I have more experience in version 3 but updated to CP 4 so can't figure out.
