Subscription Renewal Problem
Had a customer sign up for a ClassiPress subscription so they could post an unlimited number of ads for 30 days.
Then their membership expired. They clicked the link to renew the subscription, but it still has the same expiration date and isn't updating. So when they try to go and post ads, they are now getting prompted for the single ad costs.
Why didn't the renewal go through? Let me know what kind of information I can provide to help get this resolved.
Using an older version of ClassiPress - 3.3.3 - with the CP Auction plugin as well. Because of the costs involved to upgrade both, I do not wish to upgrade to the newer versions. This should be something that should work with someone renewing a membership that it ads on the next 30 days properly.
