    Post Theme Upgrade...

    I'm trying to upgrade from 3.0.5.4 to 3.1.9
    When I attempt to upload the new template, I receive the following error message:

    Destination folder already exists. /hermes/waloraweb027/b1411/moo.4starlistcom/wordpress/wp-content/themes/classipress/
    Theme install failed.

    Can someone please tell me how to upgrade to the new theme, while saving all of the information for ads already posted on the site.
