Can't Get Current Classipress Theme To Upgrade

I have been trying to use the classipress zip file I downloaded when I signed up and it is not working to upgrade to the newer version. It just sits and spins the whole time and I have let it sit for up to an hour and have not gotten it uploaded. Any suggestions?

I have tried to download the file again that did not do anything different.
I have tried the first version a 2nd time and it did nothing but say it was connecting.
