Is there an option to create membership plan with first ad posting free?

Hi,
I have created two membership plans. First is for one year, and second one is for 5 years.
Once a user is subscribed to any of these membership plans, he can pay and post an ad as configured in Ad packs.

But this process creates two transaction as the user is redirected to paypal for the yearly/5yearly membership payment. Once subscribed to a membership plan, he is taken to the payment gatweway once again if he wants to purchase an ad.

To avoid this situation for back to back transaction, I would like to charge the users for yearly/5yearly membership plan which would include first ad fees.

Is there a way I can get this done? The second ad would be posted by user by paying for it. Just want to make the payment of first ad with membership fees(or say to make the first ad free).
