Unable to login to my classipress admin. backend for months
Hello Classipress Support,
Due to a faulty upgrade (or widget problem) I have been unable to login to my admin. backend for months.
And as I have no high-tech skills; know absolutely nothing about FTP; or how to use it, and simply cannot afford to hire an expert to solve the problem for me.
If anyone can explain how I can access the files I need to access via my cPanel* (*using the Live Zilla FTP account I managed to create yesterday, which now appears as a file in my computer's document folder?). And point-out (or highlight) exactly WHERE in the "public_html" file, I'll find the exact file in question - so that I can change its name - as previously advised. And also explain precisely what needs to be done, thereafter, to finally rectify this problem...I would be hugely obliged.
